Twinning arrangements with FLINDERS UNIVERSITY and the UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND, Australia has been worked out. Options will be given to study in part in one of these foreign Universities as a part of twinning arrangement.
Duration : 3 years

ELIGIBILITY
Citizenship : Indian Nationals.
Qualifications : The candidate must have passed 10+2, A level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent and the two years of such study comprising with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology or Biotechnology with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology.


ADMISSIONS
General Category :There is no entrance test and admissions are made on the basis of marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology at the qualifying examination.
Foreign / NRI Category : Admissions under this category are handled by a separate office.Candidates desirous of applying under this category can Click here for more details.

Candidates can apply either under General or Foreign/NRI category. Those submitting under both the categories will not be considered for admission. Change of category at a later stage will not be entertained under any circumstances. The application material given along with this prospectus can only be used to apply for these courses under the General Category.


MERIT LIST
Based on the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology at the qualifying examination, MAHE will declare a list of candidates in the order of merit.
In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in the merit list, the inter-se merit of such candidates will be determined respectively on the basis of English marks and total marks at the qualifying examination.
The above merit lists will be displayed on 01.07.06 on the notice board of MAHE and website.

COUNSELLING

The counselling will be held from 17.07.06 to 18.07.06. All candidates included in the merit list are eligible to attend the counselling.
