for candidates is 20 year relaxable by 3 year for SC/ST

POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA PROGRAMME IN DESIGN (PPGDPD)
This 2 ˝ year programme is offered in the following specific

having a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the areas
mentioned in the brackets are eligible to apply:

Upper age limit for candidates is 25 years (relax able
by 3 years for SC/ST candidates ). The Institute
reserves its right to cancel any of these programmes
Admission tests for eligible candidates for GDPD and
the PGDPD will be held in the second week of January
every year. Candidates selected from these admission
tests will be called for studio tests and interviews
at NID campus, Ahmedbad in April/May . NID’ s
academic year commences in June.Candidates should have
appeared in their respective qualifying examinations
by that time. The medium of instruction at NID in English.
Adequate number of free ships offered by NID/Food Foundation
will be available to the deserving and disadvantaged
candidates . These scholarships are of the approximate
value of tuition fee payable or part thereof.
